Chase M. Perkins, DDS
Dr. Perkins is an Indiana native. He grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He currently lives in Indianapolis with his wife, Megan, and their dog, Jack. Together, they enjoy watching movies, trying new restaurants, and baking. Dr. Perkins and his family are avid Pittsburgh Steelers fans and hope to attend a home game in the near future.

John J. Wadas IV, DDS
Dr. Wadas is a fourth-generation dentist and an Indiana native. He grew up in Northwest Indiana, but now resides in Zionsville with his wife, their three children, two cats, and one dog. As a family, they enjoy strolling around their neighborhood, cooking meals together, maintaining their garden, and thinking of their next great adventure. Dr. Wadas is a lifetime musician who can play pretty much any brass instrument.
